DoD Lab BAAs

• Getting funding from the labs (without Darpa in the loop) is pretty rare

  • BAAs usually call for White Papers
  • Geographic Proximity often a must
  • Personal contacts and joint work often prerequisite

• The labs put out calls for White Papers

  • Watch for these!
  • These are a good opportunity to get lab people to know your work - can lead to funding in the longer term
