Assignment 1 information

• The file satellites.dat contains the parameters for the satellite orbits.

  Note that this file has comments in it. You can use some code from the filereader package that I wrote. In particular, the skipWhiteComment() procedure may be useful to you. The file is not, however, formatted appropriately to use the filereader package itself.
